Hi everyone, I am a newbie

Hello, I finally got my sugery date scheduled today after the Dr. totally rescheduled his whole day and put me one a day where he normally does not do surgery. Kinda makes me think that I will be glad to get this done. My only concern is the bladder sling that I had done about a year and half ago. I hope I don't have to have any repairs done to it . What a great thing!! I am looking forward to not having any pain and extreme bleeding. This website has been a goldmine of information for me, and what a wonderful support team you all are! My surgery is on April 16. What a great time of year to have this done. Spring is a time for new beginnings and I will have mine!
Thanks for listening ladies.

Hi everyone, I am a newbie

Hi & welcome to HysterSisters!

Yes, the spring is a great time for new beginnings. I love the way you are looking at having your hyst in the spring as that. And it's a time for new life...just as you will feel like a new person once you recover and are rid of all the pain you've been having.

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask about them.

Hi everyone, I am a newbie

Thanks for the encouraging words! I knew this would be a great place to come and get support. This is a weird feeling I am looking forward to this but at the same time I kinda feel like I am losing something. I am sure those feelings will go away the same time the pain and bleeding does.

Thanks again
