Good Report

I had posted here with fear of my first check-up after hyst. due to carcinoma in situ and severe dysplasia. Everything came out fine. I got the report in the mail 2 1/2 weeks later saying "negative".I wanted to jump up and down with joy!! I want to thank you all for being here and for being my leaning post while I was waiting to get into the dr. I still can get negative, especially if I listen to the wrong people (a woman who came into my office today talked horribly about floating cells and pre-disposition...scared the pants off of me..and I decided she is uninformed). I did suggest to her to visit this site for more information.
Thanks again!
Therese

Hi Theresa

Big Congradulations! : That is just wonderful news.

Don't listen to the negative chatter. It is just not worth it.

I hope to follow in your wonderful, healthy footsteps come May.

Great news Therese

Everyone is an expert. The ones who have never had any dealings with cancer are the worse , those that have had it in their lives are usually the ones who support .

I know in my life there are a few girls who insist on telling me that once someone has had cancer , they always have it These types I now steer clear of. * getting down off my soapbox*

I am so glad that it is negative, cant get better than that. Please do let us know how you are when you can. love and hugs xx

We are so happy for you. I am glad that we were able to help, and that we were a sounding board. Sometimes that is all we need to get through.
Wishing you continued good health!

I'm so glad you didn't let that gal get to you, its hard sometimes with with everyone having an opinion (and most often uniformed opinions). Best to do exactly what you did! ;
