CT scan results....anyone familiar with asymmetric thickening of vaginal cuff???

I went for my ultra sound of the liver today. The tech was very nice and explained everything to me. I have two masses that are 1.5 cm each. The CT scans calls them low density leasions. She did say that she didn't feel that they were malignant! I won't hear anything official until Monday.

While I was there I went to the dr's office and got a copy of the CT scan. It says that I also have development of asymmetric soft tissue of the left side of the vaginal cuff. Anyone familiar with this?

Thanks!

Sooooooooo <------------

tap tap tap...

What'd they say?

I'm interested in your case because they "think" that the vaginal cuff didn't heal properly (actually has adhesions that sticks it to my colon and has some nerves trapped in there too)...sooo...Of course I was curious about your case.

Do you mind sharing?

Hope it all went well...

All I know is that when I have surgery again in May they are going to clean everything out. Dr. thinks that it is scar tissue, but my pain is lower right side.....not the left! So, they are going to remove the tissue, adhesions that are stuck to my bowels and bladder and repair the hernia that is on the right side of my incision. I don't have surgery until May21st But I'll keep everyone updated!

Asymmetric just means uneven, or in other words it is thicker on one side than the other. Not sure of its significance in your case, however. Good luck
