Magnesium Citrate???

I really want to get everyone's opinion on this.
What did you mix it with and is it gagging?
Did anyone try it with any lemonade since it is lemon?
Thank you, Kathy

Hi Kathy,
I'll be interested to see what others say, but for me what worked was mixing it with Minute Maid Orange Soda. I almost (but not quite!) couldn't taste it.
Good luck!

I think the best way to drink it is ice cold and through a straw. Don't sip it, but drink it fast. You can mix it with something else if you want to. It may disguise the taste a little bit. I think drinking that was the worst part of my preparation for surgery. Best wishes,

I had the Fleet stuff, and hubby helped me out big-time. I mixed it with Welch's White Grape Peach juice. Doc said I could mix it with whatever was clear. I couldn't even taste it!

Good luck!

This wonderful ( and I use that word loosely) cleansing aid comes in two flavors, cherry and that awful lemon. I used the cherry and it wasn't bad getting down. Mix it with some water, about half and half and go for it. Be prepared to spend time on the thrown in about 5 or 6 hours. Does do a wonderful job of cleaning everything out.

The only drawback was the gas after the surgery. Nothing in the bowels but gas. I started taking gas-x as soon as I could and within a half day I was more comfortable.

Good luck, we'll be sending all those positive messages and lots of s.
