Help! I am new to this

2 weeks ago I was scheduled for a TAH/BSO on May 22nd.
They are going to be using a vertical insision (from my c-section). Is the pain comparable? I was diagnosed via a lap with endo. varicose veins on my ovary and a hernia in 1995. I have kind of been holding out. Now I bleed for about 10 days out of the month. Bloated, gassy, PAIN, etc. About 2 weeks out of the month I look 2-3 months pregnant. Could I maybe have fibroids now also. Doc did say my uterus was large. Alot too absorb.
