DIM Detox

Does DIM Detox flush out estrogen? I have had total hysterectomy due to uterine cancer 9 months ago.

Re: DIM Detox

From what I have read, DIM works a lot like the aromatase inhibitors (Femara, Arimidex) to stop your body from converting such and such into estrogen. So I don't know if it really flushes it out, but may rather prevent any new estrogen from being formed and then your body would use up whatever is currently stored.

Re: DIM Detox

Thanks... Should we be overly concerned about allowing estrogen in our bodies? Uterine cancer being isolated? Removed, contained.

Re: DIM Detox

The answer is probably different for every woman depending on their circumstances. I have to be very concerned about estrogen because of my history of estrogen positive breast cancer, which makes it grow. So for me and others in this situation, no estrogen is good.

Re: DIM Detox

Thank you...I have found out that DIM Detox directs the way our estrogen, no matter where it comes from, is absorbed.
