Hyst incision at C-section scar

I had two C-sections when my kids were born. The last one was 11 years ago. I was very worried that this TAH would hit me like a ton of bricks, since I was now ten years older. Well, I recovered very well from the TAH - no problems at all. I would have to say that it does take longer than the C-section recovery, and I was more aware this time that things had definitely been moved around in there LOL. My digestive system was more sensitive after the TAH than it was after my C-sections years ago, but other than that, I had a smooth recovery. The bikini incision was in the same place as the other two incisions were - and I can barely even see the scar now. It will be a year for me this June. One thing that helped me this time around was that I had no babies to take care of. With a teenage daughter and a ten year old son, I was lucky to have lots of help. The kids did so much and it really made a difference. Good luck!
