Yeast Infection

HI LADIES,
I NEED YOUR OPINIONS ONCE AGAIN. I WAS ON PENECILLIN BECAUSE I HAD TO HAVE A TOOTH PULLED LAST WEEK. THIS WEEKEND I STARTED A YEAST INFECTION. I STARTED WITH GYN-LOTRIMIN LAST NIGHT (SUPPOSITORY) FOR THREE DAYS. WILL THIS HELP???I TRIED YOGURT THIS AM BUT ALMOST THREW UP...DON'T LIKE IT. ANY SUGGESTIONS???

Yeast Infection

Hi, Cheryl! If your yeast infection doesn't seem to be clearning up after 3 days on GyneLotrimin, call your dr to see if you should get an Rx for stronger cream or oral pill. I don't think the dr would like you to have any infection when he does your surgery, so he would want it cleared up before the 17th. Hope your mouth (gum) is feeling good now. s and best wishes!
