Didn't Do It!

Hi ladies,

I received your get well email and I was reminded that I forgot to let you guys know that I didn't have the surgery. My extremely heavy periods and fibroids (no other unbearable symptoms), seemed mild when I thought about the surgery, the pain and all else involved. True, I was ready when initially scheduled, but when DR, cancelled surgery due to abnormal EKG and I couldn't have surgery during the 1st semester because I was going back to school. I just decided to not have the surgery. And all EKG related tests after that were fine, Heart DR says I'm okay. Could stand to lose some weight though, so I have a trainer and I've been working on that. But I'm 45 and if I hold on long enough my periods will stop. Please let them stop. lol; and hopefully they'll shrink the fibroids down some. Anyway, thanks for the support and I'll check back in from time to time. This board is great for getting warm fuzzies.
