We missed you too!!!! I'm so sorry you weren't able to make the chat. I got home late from work and almost missed it myself.

I think another will be coming along soon so I'm sure Robyn will post about just as soon as times are figured out.

I'll look forward to talking to you in "real time"

Thankyou for your replies!!

Hi Karen and VICKI my TWINNY!!!! Guess what!!! I ate all the dessert I made.... consider yourself lucky !!! no calories

My pap test went well... won't have the results back for a couple of weeks but he said everything looked good to him He said he can give me premarin.... I have such mixed emotions about this... he actually told me your C is out.... gone... I didn't really discuss my worry with the possibility of a b.c. showing up sometime down the road... so far so good I think in that arena... I would sure like more feedback on this... as there is always the possibility of vaginal c. happening unlikely but possible... Wasn't yours uterine too Vicki? I forgot... mine was... My hot flashes are not really a big problem for me to date!!! I think he is thinking the overall benefit of it which I agree on this .... it's just the worry of the unknown... geesh it is difficult decision... I'm holding off for now and continue to research read and listen... this is the second time he has told me this... he said it's up to you!!!! He apparently thinks I could benefit.... I am sure with vaginal dryness...it would...he suggested the premarin creme...and that really makes me worry with the vaginal wall right there... and I hear it absorbs faster into your body that a pill... I read that in a book written by Dr. Greenwood M.D. called Updated Menopause Naturally... I really like my Gyn... so will continue to ask more questions on my next visit in October... Just had to vent a little thanks. Perhaps my concerns are for naught!!!! I am doing good though so far... get insomnia some nights.. but I think this is more thinking of what I have to do the following day.... etc.. Thanks gals... Carole Sending you all summer flowers.

Hiya gal! So glad to hear your pap went well! I'll be looking forward to hearing how your results come back, as Robyn says, this is the year for great news!!!

Nope, my "flavor" was ovarian so it'll still be a while beforemy Onc will consider any type of hormones.

I was wondering if while you are considering the HRT, at least for the vaginal dryness problem if your Dr has mentioned either Vagifem or the Estring types of meds? Both are used vaginally and are said to not absorb into the blood stream. I'm on the Vagifem and it has helped quite a bit for the dryness problem.

Ah, flowers, now how about some 's?
