much better hair- wanted to share

hi all! it gives me great pleasure to be able to give something back for a change. awhile ago, we had a discussion of thinning limp hair, etc., and i started some supplements that have made a dramatic difference in mine. hopefully it will help others hair problems as well. i started taking stresstabs b-complex with zinc, and a supplement( this one is Spring Valley natural) with magnesium, calcium and zinc. i also take calcium with vitamin d. i started this about a week ago, and have already seen results enough to be impressed. i hope this helps someone else. julie

Thanks Julie, I hope you continue to have good news. Do you find the supplements make you feel better too?

Julie

My hair was thin pre-hyst and the hyst certainly didn't improve things. A good hair day always makes me feel better. Glad to see something is working for you

Julie,
I'm happy to hear that the supplements are helping. Yeah!

If you still have problems you might want to look into adding Evening Primrose Oil. You can read about it here. www.hormonejungle.com/primrose.php EPO really helped my hair alot. Here's a great thread about the use of EPO and fish oil https://www.hystersisters.com/vb2/sho...highlight=hair
