Thanks for your good wishes, ladies!

I am just back home after my appointment - and let me tell you, it was all a big anti-climax!

First of all, I waited around 75 mins in the waiting room. Was then disappointed to be seen, not by the consultant who performed the op, but a registrar who looked about ten years old (and had a squeeky voice which made me want to laugh!). He asked me if everything was okay and then said he wanted to examine me. He just had a quick feel around inside to see if everything felt okay; much to my surprise, he didn't take any cells to test or anything!

After telling me everything felt fine, he told me to make another appointment in six months! "What!", I said, " I thought I needed to be seen every three months at first?". "Okay then", he replied "Make an appointment in three months"!

At this point I just shrugged my shoulders and left............. Am feeling kinda lost and neglected now though!!!

Oh well, I guess that constitutes the wonders of the British National Health Service! Lol!

You Passed!

I agree it must've seemed odd--but you PASSED! Horray! I love good news, and even though you had the delay and the registrar, sounds like all's well. And I could top your story so don't feel too bad!
