The "waitingest" lady in Hyster Sister's Hystory is finally a princess!!

Announcing the arrival of Princess Jamie... the moment some of us thought would NEVER come!!

I am safely home from the castle and happy to say that my surgery was relatively uneventful. There was only minor concern about urine output, but that seems to have alleviated itself and I am now happily on the road to recovery!!!

Now since I KNOW after all of my time on this site that "sitting is an activity", I'm going to cut this short. I just wanted all of the beautiful loving sisters that I have on this site to know that I am home and recovering nicely!!

Great big enormous s to you all!!!
Thank you so much for all of the love and support and I'll be back longer when the generations of PP aren't watching so closely

I also want to thank my DH who was so sweet as to buy me a wireless keyboard so I can rest comfortably in my bed during recovery AND keep in touch with my sisters!!!

Have you noticed how pillows under your knees help? I was doing that until I realized I didn't have to!

But don't let him see you start doing things for yourself, 'cause then, Princess, you're on your own!!

I'm having flashbacks of those first few days home...oh, so long ago...well actually only 2 1/2 weeks ago! I had a TVH, but I think my quick recovery was from my little walks from those first days. Just little shuffles around the house...no jogging now!



And lots of water to keep hydrated, and those kidneys flushed out!!
