Lower Back Pain

My lower back is one of my worries. I've had lower back pain forever and my Gyno says that part of that problem is the way my uterus is tilted and how it's pressing on the fybroid. My hope is that my back pain will get better but all I keep reading is how it gets worse and now this really scares me!

Lower Back Pain

Hi Speedy,

Your post was buried in a Post Op thread about exercise, so it's been moved here for you.

Try to keep in mind that we're all different, sweetie; maybe a discussion with your DR about this will help.

I hope your fears are calmed; please keep us posted on your progress!

Speedy

Hey there mate, I know what you mean about backache. i was troubled with it ever since beginning my periods. I had a LAVH/RSO and bladder repair in Sept of last year, gee it is nearly a year seems so hard to remember back LOL.
I can tell you from my own personal experience that I no longer suffer at all from that horrible dragging backache. I had a severe bladder and uterus prolapse, and sevvere endeo so there were the reasons why i had so much of it. Now nothing!!!! It is brilliant, the feeling of freedom from backache makes life so much easier.
I wil not lie that just after my op, I did suffer backache but that was because of the recovery from my lavh, and all the healing that had to happen, but it is a small cost to pay compared to the ache free new me.
Good luck hun. Hugs Vicki aka smilie

better now

Hi:

My lower back pain has improved. Don't know if it is due to surgery or not. But don't worry about it too much. As above, please discuss this with your doctor. Good luck!!
