PMS symptoms

I am almost 3 mths post op and was wondering a few things about natural hormones....
I had everything removed but i still get pms like clockwork like before my surgery....
how long does this continue?
I have heard conflicting answers to all this...i know we still have residual hormones stored up in our bodies but how long before this store is depleted?

PMS symptoms

A lot of us still "cycle" for quite some time from our surgery. I can still tell you when I would have had my period each month, by bowel symptoms and by mood. And this was off all estrogen! .

I think that the brain is still used to sending out signals each month...that it is not just the ovaries that are responsible for the cycle.

The estrogen store should be depleted at anywhere from 2-8 weeks, IF you are taking no estrogen replacement.

Each month, the cycle seems to be a little easier, so hopefully it will vanish for good within a few months. And at least there's no bleeding with it .
