I am so disappointed

I could just . One of the benefits of having my hysterectomy was supposed to be curing my leaky bladder. The was pushing on it and there was some scarring. For a little of 3 weeks I was thrilled, no leaking, no yucky undies. Now its starting again. Not as bad as it was but definately a problem.

I go back to my gyn next Wed. and of course I'll talk to her. I'm pretty sure she's done and can only refer me to someone else now. Has anyone else had something like this? Maybe its temporary? Thanks,

Awwww Honey!

Don't lose all hope just yet, maybe you just need more healing time. You are still very early into recovery yet. It took me 3 weeks just to stop having bladder spasms and I didn't have a thing done to my bladder.

Definitely discuss it with your DR at next visit but keep your chin up. From what I understand the bladder is a muscle, give it time.

Good Luck!

Don't cry yet!

Here's a link to a thread on how to do Kegel exercises, which are supposed to help with urinary leakage.

It often helps to click on the search button on the top right side of the page --- you can type in search terms to help you find past threads.

Be sure to give your doc a call and ask first if it's to early to start, okay?
