Follow up on bleeding after 3 years post tah...

hi, went to the dr today.....about the vaginal bleeding i had over this past weekend for about 24 hours. dr told me that i have a bacterial infection.....caused from low estrogen and gave me meds to rid that and then some script for vaginal estrogen cream. he told me he has nooooooooo idea why i was bleeding that if it happens again...that he will have to put me to sleep in order to open my vagina enough to see all the way in there. he said he could not see anything upon exam at office but he had to use small speculum and it made it hard to see. sooooooo......i dont feel much better about the bleeding and why it was happening.....but i do feel better to know that the yeast infection i had tried to treat a few weeks ago.....was really a different infection and that there is a way to treat it. just wanted to let u all know....thanks for listening to me.....u all are great!! kim

(((Kim)))) I'm so happy that your was able to shed some light on the situation. I'll that the bleeding doesn't return and that you don't need to be put to sleep in order to find out the cause.

Do try and rest in order to help your body recover from the infection.
