No Pads left in this house!!!!

My Mother has a cold and she must be leaking when she coughs or sneezes.

She just yelled downstairs:

"Nancy, do you have any pads left?"

I answered: "Nope, I don't need them anymore"

How wonderful that was to say that....

But I am sorry she is not feel well. Guess it is my turn to play nurse to her.

Hi ,
I hope your Mom feels better soon. I still have a pack of pads in my house. I don't know why, maybe just to remind me those days are over. Yipeeeeee

No Pads left in this house!!!!

Hope your mom is doing better now

I know how that feels with the pad thing. I've got a cute story about that:
My mom used my bathroom while she was taking care of me. I don't remember what it was that I needed but after she left for the day, I needed something that she had put away for me from my hospital bag. I looked all over the house for it. Never looked at the one place she happened to put it without thinking - in my bathroom in back of the pads that I still had not thrown out yet. Like I was gonna look there!!!!! It was pretty funny

No Pads left in this house!!!!

I know this might sound crazy, but I will continue to keep a box handy in the house with a few pads in each first aid kit in my cars. With three kids, you never know when profuse bleeding may occur. You should see the looks when I arrive at the emergency room for stiches with a maxi pad on my sons head.

No Pads left in this house!!!!

I don't know what my problem is....I can't part with my pads and tampons. It's been almost 3 months since my surgery and I just can't throw them away!

No Pads left in this house!!!!

I'm hanging on to my supplies, too! I think it's because of nightmare times past, when I'd be surprised by horrible flow at someone else's home, only to find that they had no back-up.
I guess that I just want to be sure that no guest of mine finds herself in the same predicament!

No Pads left in this house!!!!

I was folding clothes to get ready for my garage sale last week and from somewhere in the clothes out fell 2 tampons. I was alone, but I laughed and laughed. This use to be commonplace for me, but I don't even know how they got in the bags of clothes.
We have a neighbor with a LARGE doberman. He's actually a great dog. They won't let him misbehave because of his size. When he was younger, they had his ears cropped so they would stand up. They have to put splints on the ears and wrap them so they will heal correctly. They used tampons on that poor dog's ears. It was hysterical to see. That big clumsy puppy with tampons holding his ears in place. Too funny.

no pads

I might keep a few pads around fro friends caught by surprise, but I can't wait for the day when I can toss the adult diapers that are the only thing that keeps me from complete embaressment in public some days! The day I don't have to depnd on Depends will truly be a freedom day!
