one more question before i hit the sack.......i checked my temp. last night (first nite home) 1st time it was 101.7, 1 hour later it was 101.9 and an hour after that it was 102. doc said to call her if it got above 101...........but it was in the middle of the nite. today hasn't went above 99. should i call her if it happens again tonite? i was thinking maybe it was due to my homones being out of whack. i put my vivelle patch on first thing when i got home from castle.

back to bed i go! oh! how great it feels to poot! would be even better to have a bm!

Dear Princess,

You definitely need to call your doctor, right away. Fever always is worse at night for some reason. Do you have any other symptoms - cough, cold symptoms, painful urination or odor or cloudy urine, etc.? Be sure to mention if you have any other symptoms. Even though it was at night, the doctor needs to know asap,so call now, ok? Keep us posted to let us know what's up. Do you have any drainage (from incision if tah) or vaginal if tvh - smelly, unusual? It could be an infection of some sort. I care about you and your recovery. Do call DOCTOR NOW< OK? Don't wait. When in doubt, check it out is my motto. God bless.

this is my opinion;always get medical advice from your doctor

Hi
Just thought I'd mention in case you did not think of it...Be sure to take your temp. when you are not on med. that will lower your temp. (aspirin, tylenol, motrin, etc.). You need to get a true picture of whether you have a temp. not an artificially lowered one. (if you get my drift, don't know if I am clear or not).

Take care!!

My temp still spikes in early evening hours, but never over 100. Dr. said that was normal, but to call if fever ever hit over 100.5 degrees.
