Help for sister in law

Hey All!
I am posting for my sister in law. She just had a tah/bso on October 10th. She is doing very well . She asked me to come here and ask you all some questions about HRT (since I still have ovaries ) I am NO help to her !
She is on Cenestin 0.625 1 pill daily. (I believe)
She wants to know what to expect --
And is is very concerned about the hurdles she will have to overcome being on HRT.
Will this help night sweats----hot flashes ---what about vaginal dryness???? Will she get depressed, anxiety~~~things like that.
If you all can pass on ANY advise I will pass it on to her !
Thank you sisters!!!!!!!!

Help for sister in law

hi...what a nice sister in law you are! please remind SIL that she is very early in recovery and needs to pamper the princess. over the next several weeks her body will be depleteing the hormones (from ovaries) that she has stored up. she may experience many changes that will be temporary (so if she does, tell her not to freak out). the cenestin should help with the symptoms you described, although it is a very low dose. if it doesn't she should call her dr and tell him. give her my love and wishes for a speedy recovery!

Help for sister in law

Wish my sis-in-law was as nice as you are!!

anyway you might want to check out this link on Cenestin for your sis-in-law............I think it gives more info than you usually get with the prescription:

http://www.buildingbetterhealth.com/...ablet+0.625+mg

Tell her that it takes some time for everything to settle down after this surgery and it may be a while before she feels the full effects of the Cenestin but that in time if she doesn't think it is working for her........or if she if feeling uncomfortable side effects........to call her doctor.

Ann
