Dbear is home

Here is the e-mail that she sent me today:

Just wanted to let you know that I came home today. I had a rough day yesterday, could NOT pass gas. Worse thing I've been through. But I am glad to be home and feel better than I thought that I would. Although very SLOW! Also, got the path report yesterday and there was NO cancer anywhere! Doc had told me that it was possible that the ablation burned it all away and apartently that is what happened, so good news! God does answer prayers. I will have to get the path report, just what the doc has said to me.

Let us all shout from the roof tops a big Praise the Lord.

Glad You're Home

and NO CANCER! HOORAY! Now about that gass business--isn't that the pits? Those gas pains are THE worst! Picture me walking the hospital floor at 1 a.m. drinking a can of soda, burping happily but not... They resolved eventually but are terrible. But the best news==NO CANCER!

Congrats on the cancer free news!!!! I know you are very relieved.
Now continue with that recovery. Walk, walk, walk, rest, rest, rest.
I never worked so hard to fart in my life. I remember well. Jubilation at the sound.

feeling better

Hey girls,

Thanks for the laughs! I really do think that the gas is the worst part, but it seems better today, so maybe that is almost over. (as long as I stay clear of Taco Bell) It has been one week today and I have to say that everyday I am feeling much better than the day before. I am cutting down on the pain pills too! I am tired of food not tasting good and I think it's the pain medicine. So far it has been fine with 1/2 pill. I have been good and resting and resting more and walking lots. I even had my dear hubby bring me to the store today to get Thank You cards and it was SO nice just to get out of the house!!! I did come home and nap after And the best thing about all of this is that I would have started my period yesterday and NEVER have to worry about AUNT FLOW again!!! YIPPEE!! Even with surgery a week ago I think I feel better than that first period day! Yes, I was very happy to hear that there was NO cancer, I had LOTS of prayers going up for me and I believe the Lord answers prayers!! AMEN!! It was there 2 weeks ago when the D&C was done! GONE NOW!!
Thanks again, I love this board. You have all been very helpful!!
Love,
Dbear
