I am 3 weeks out, my tips

I dont have a recliner.
My daughter got me a wedge from Walmart for $20. Then I put a few pillows on it and tons of pillows around me.
Also sleeping in spare room. No worry about husband or dogs. Makes it better so I dont worry a dog will jump on me or kick me. Also tossing only bothers me.

This might sound lazy or lame but .. well I was going for easy.
Everyone said they would bring food no one did. My kids made food and husband only. I did not rely onothers "words"
So I pre ordered groceries from Hyvee to be delivered the day before. I also got lots of Healthy Choice meals that could be microwaved if nothing I wanted.
I got lots of fruit, fresh and in cups. I got premade jello, pudding. Individual drink soups. Those were a lifesaver as I was not hungry really.
Also don't let the ones who say they are walking 45 minutes week 2 or back to work fast, make you feel bad. Just listen to your body and doctor. Sometimes you will feel better but dont overdue it. (Many end up in ER or with problems )
You need rest!
