Polyp..?

Hi
I had my repairs done in April 2019 (grade 2 cystocele, grade 4 rectocele) and the rectocele is starting to come back (no thanks to my IBS of course!)

So, I've been doing pelvic floor pt for over a month now...going great, but I noticed a new lump of tissue hanging out towards the top of the vaginal entry. Therapist says it's a polyp and completely normal but I'm wondering if anyone else has dealt with this before? I just got used to the other little tag of tissue and now this!
Trying to keep a sense of humor while avoiding freaking out and feeling like I'm the only one...
