Granulation tissue treated again

Hi, ladies! I was first treated for granulation tissue early in November. My doctor wasn't sure the silver nitrate he used would get it all. Well, unlucky me, it didn't and I had to be treated again, (on Friday the 13th!) this time with a procedure called LEEP. Basically it involved using electricity and a loop to cut away the tissue. He followed that up with silver nitrate. The area was numbed first with an anesthetic spray, then a couple of injections. It was uncomfortable but not unbearable. I'll be checked again in about two weeks. I'm hoping it will be all gone because there is still the possibility of having further treatments. He warned me that I could end up having to be put to sleep to get the rest - he had a very hard time getting to the entire area. On a happier note, if there is any more it's possible that silver nitrate alone will take care of it. I'm very confident in his abilities so I know eventually this little pothole in the road of life will be overcome!
