CO2 laser surgery for VIN
And I also got pointed to this one too
Title: CO2 Laser Surgery Effective for Vulvar Intraepithelial Neoplasia
URL: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=R
Retrieve&db=PubMed&list_uids=12497680&dopt=Abstract
J Reprod Med 2002 Nov;47(11):913-8. "CO2 laser surgery for vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia. Excisional, destructive and combined techniques."
It's a treatment for VIN that was compared to other laser treatments. One of the benefits of CO2 laser surgery is that the treatment can be adjusted to each patient?s specific needs, with the possibility of calibrating the depth of the vaporised and removed tissues, according to the authors. The functional and cosmetic results were good with fewer complications for the patient than other methods.
Just in case it might help someone--

CO2 laser surgery for VIN
I've been hearing more and more about the CO2 laser treatments. It sounds as if they are really finding some good treatment options for women with ongoing problems.
Thanks, Trish!
