Thanks Gidge..

Thanks Gidge for the info. and for correct name of the proceedure!!! I was relying on my foggy memory.....

I've had many instance where it's only a dribble and then times when it's a full stream. I didnt' mention to the Uro...when I saw him I was more interested in the cath he was getting ready to insert Most times though, if I give it a little "push" it turn to a stronger stream...

I suppose I really should mention this to him...right? Yup!

Thanks again....I appreciate your response.

Lori I just wanted to add that another drug my uro gave me to help with my bladder is actually an antihistamine called Atarax......and although it makes you really drowsy it does help.....it does something to the mast cells in the bladder to make it feel better, I'm not sure how it works but it works, just thought I would mention it!! Best of luck!!! 's!!!

Gidge...

DO get the biobsy if you haven't already! Endo/Adeno gals are prone to breast cancer and Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. They just discovered this link last year 2002.

It's very significant. And I would mention that to them. I have three strikes against me: Multiple pregnancies, American Indian and Endometriosis Patient.

thanks Anj

I didn't know that endo made you a higher risk factor, interesting.....at this point they haven't even called to tell me if there is still anything showing up but I think I will check with the GP's office tomorrow and see if there is a report yet....I think pretending it was never there would just be a dumb thing to do at this point, no matter what the report says!!! (((((Gidge)))))))))) I'm so sorry you're having to wait some more

((((((Angie)))))))), thanks for the info re: breast cancer risk. I didn't know that multiple births were one of them. My aunt had breast cancer and she's the only one in the family who had a multiple birth.
