I feel so weird . . .

Last Thursday I was told I would be having my surgery this Friday. That day my gd, who lives with us, came down with a cold. Her cold has gotten really bad and now I have sore and inflamed throat. It is just too weird not even knowing if I'm going to have this surgery as scheduled when I've been waiting so long and then got such short notice. Can we say 'roller coaster?'
