I Have It All And Then Some..

Well, I went to the DR AGAIN today because of the constant cramping and low and behold I have a urinary tract infection. I have never had one before in my life. At least I know where that pain is coming from now and was more than likely caused from the Urodynamics test they did.

I also was told that I do have rectocele and cystocele as well as vaginal vault prolapse and will be scheduling surgery with my urologist and Gyn next week. I also have to have HORRIBLE hemerroids removed (internal and external),
which sort of scares me as well. I wont be able to sit for a while. I just thought I would update you all and get it off my chest. I am tired of all of this and just want it all over. I am sure you all can relate to me. I am only 33 and wonder what I am going to be like when I am 50. Thanks for all of the continued support and being there.. I am going to need it for a while!!!

(((Pam))))) i'm relieved you saw your doctor today. No wonder you've been feeling so awful, what with all of the issues you're dealing with

I know that you're not looking forward to another surgery, however, this surgery might be the one that sets you on that off-ramp we're all looking for

Sending lots of healing s your way. Please be sure to rest in order to get ready for the coming surgery.

While our stories (ailments) are different, I wanted to let you know I feel your frustration. I am 31, and just about 5 months post-op and feel like this will *never* end... I don't have much positivity to bring to the table, but one thing's for sure -- whne we're 50 -- we'll be all better and can *finally* be able to breathe and have some fun -- and just think -- we'll be one step ahead when everyone else is complaining about menopause and it's ailments! (At least I'm hoping!)

I've had a urinary tract infection, too, and yep, they're no fun at all. I know how you feel. You've been through so much at such a young age.... God bless you.

You're in my thoughts.

(TAH, 3-20-00, kept ovaries, and I STILL have swelly sometimes!)
