Lap Surgery Complete

I had lap surgery to remove the ovaries and tubes on Thursday, Feb. 20th.

Everything went well, the surgery started @ 11:20 AM and I was home by 7:00 PM that evening.

Both tubes were fluid filled and showed signs of infection.

The tubes and ovaries will be sent off to pathology to be examined.

My doctor said I had more scar tissue than she had expected and the surgery took twice as long as she thought it would.

I'm pretty sore, but getting better each day.

I hope this gets me on the road to recovery.

My follow up appointment is on March 6th. Hope to hear good news.

Time to lie down.

Thank you for your support and encouragement
