bladder pain

I had a total hyst. one year ago and I still have bladder problems. I have pressure if I sit still for a long time, drink a lot of caffine, etc. I have been to the dr. many times and show no signs of a bladder infection. Sometimes other than pressure, I have a cutting feeling in the bladder area. Nothing seems to show up at the dr. Is there anyone out there with the same problems that can give me some advice. I don't have problems going to the bathroom, I don't leak urine, I just have pressure. I may go 3 or 4 days and have no trouble and then it returns.
