Sorry its been so long..Gallbladder question?

Hello ladies i'm so sorry its been so long! If this question is'nt right for this side please direct me in the right direction! I hope all is well with everyone!
Well here it goes! Lately my stomach hurts all the time like sore type of thing and i get really sick to my stomach no matter what I eat or don't eat! I wake at night crying in my sleep. To top everything off I have terrible back pain which i'm wondering if its a trapped nerve or something! I was doing ok for so long and now this ! Last couple of weeks my life has been in a big mess! If anyone could shed some on this or at least let me know where i could get some info i'd greatly appreciate it!
Sending many many 's your way!
Love Colette

Sorry its been so long..Gallbladder question?

Hi Colette,
Sorry you aren't feeling well,
I did have symptoms of nausea no matter what I ate when I had gallbladder trouble. The nausea and loss of appetite made me lose weight. I went to a g.i. dr. and I was diagnosed with billary sludge on an ultrasound. He gave me a very expensive drug (Actigall) that worked almost immediately the first couple of days. I didn't have back pain but did have pain in the upper right side which is where the gallbladder is. Shoulder pain can also be a symptom.

Actually it's good that you brough it up here because I had to stop taking bc pills because of the increased risk of gallbladder problems with hormones. I don't know if you are currently on any HRT or if there is an increased risk with HRT. Please discuss this with your dr.
