Twinges inside vagina???

Ok, Sisters...

I know somewhere I've read something on this subject but I can't find it!!

I've noticed this odd sensation several times over the past couple of days, like when I squat to pick something up, or get up from my toilet. It's just this "quick twitch" of a sensation on the left side, inside. It doesn't happen all the time, but I know for darn sure I haven't ever had this until the past few days...Weird feeling.

I'm going to my Yoga class tonight! I can hardly's been 3 weeks!!! The teacher knows I'm having physical problems and he is really good about showing a modification of a movement, so I think I'll be able to do it. Whatever I can't do, I won't. It feels so good to feel up to going for once!!!

I often experience similiar pains in that area as well If I slip, like legs spreading apart, the pain is unreal!! I also get these sharp stabbing pains that are soo gets were I cant sit! The stabbing pain in mine is said to be from Nerve Damage & Adhesions, there is nothing that can be done for mine It could be nerves awakening?!? Please discuss this w/ your Dr, he can provide some further insight as to what the feelings are. Here are a few links discussing Nerve damage:
