incision problems

Hi there everyone,

I am nearly 1yr post TAH and my scar is quite sore. I t feels like it did back in the days of early recovery. I know my surgeon had a problem tying blood vessels during surgery,in one section and that bit has always been more tender than the rest of the scar.
I can actually feel a slight ridge under this bit. PLEASE tell me this will go away. The pain and swelling do respond to rest, (which I don't mind doing).
Could this be an adhesion ? Or could it just be an area that will take longer to heal.?
As usual I need my sisters input !
Thanks
