My Last Period!

Date in the castle is Wednesday and Friday I began my very last cycle.

Today I've felt like my ovaries are hurting. Perhaps my brain is working overtime here, as I've never felt this before. Maybe they're running scared. "Hang on little guys - if you play it cool, you may get to stay!"

Hugs all around,
Littlebear

My Last Period!

Perhaps the "girls" have a premonition? I went into surgery with my period, but then I'd had it for months and the cramps were increasing each week. I'm sure your brain IS working overtime. It's hard to wait but it really is only a couple more days. Just set up your couch for your return home and get all things comfy.

Blessings and
TC

same date

Hi Littlebear, My surgery is also this wednesday the 12th. I've been feeling very good and finished up my last period about 10 days ago. It was uneventful and I feel my body is testing me. November/December and January I had severe pain from endometriosis that was disabling at times. Ruined my first vacation to the Domincian that I've had with hubby in 10 years and spoiled my Xmas because I spent most time in pain and discomfort. Now the last 2-3 weeks I've felt really good and actually had an uneventful "normal" period. Oh well, I keep reminding myself what I went thru for almost 3 months and why I'm finally doing this. Endo has attached my uterus to my recto sigmoid and it is around my ureters. I am having a TAH/LSO with possible bowel resection and rectocele...and I like you am a nervous wreck. Maybe we can stay up and keep each other company on Tuesday night.
I wish you the very best hun and I hope we can keep in touch. I keep reminding myself what everyone is telling me here....the wait is the worst.
I will be here for you...along with all these other supportive wonderful ladies.....all the best!!
(((((hugs)))))) Trish

Also on Wed

and I am on my period again. Just stopped it I thought a few days ago and even gave away my tampons. I resorted to getting out the pads I got for after surgery.

I am scared, nervous, jittery..... We can all be worried together!

Me too!

My surgery is Tuesday, and I started yesterday. I was walking into Walmart today, and felt the gushy flooding feeling. I looked to see what color I was wearing and how bad I might mess up my skirt (even with three overnight pads on at once). Then I smiled and thought to myself "LAST ONE!" It's quite the unpleasant period, AGAIN, but knowing it's the last one -- that helps!

Ladies good luck on Wednesday. I don't think I'll be too nervous tomorrow. I'm too tired. This lady-in-waiting stuff involves a lot of work!

Last period approaching!!

I know what all of you guys are saying. I am waiting for my last period. Surgery date is 3/31 and my period is due next week. Luckily for me it is approaching worse then ever so the pain that I am in is kind of a blessing in disquise. I keep thinking that I will never feel this way again. That makes me excited to get the surgery done and over with. Next month will be better for us!!

Take care all!!!!

Suzy
