Out of my closet, need to vent

Hello sisters!!!

I want to first thank you all for such support and all of the prayers during this horrible time in my life. I honestly can say that your words have kept me going!!! The past few days have not been too good. I had a horrible migraine for 3 days and I have not had one in months, so I dont know what brought it on. I also am VERY confused about everything going on with me. I just sat back and actually had time to think about it all today and I am just really overwhelmed!!!

After everything I have had thrown at me, endo was the last thing I expected. What can be done now to get rid of it? He did not even mention a lap to find out for sure. I call tomorrow to make my appts with another Urologist and a general surgeon for my hemerriods and I still have to get in to see my PCM to get a referral to the pain clinic for the epidural steroid injections in my back. Will this EVER end????? I have not gotten dressed all weekend and I feel like such a loser. I dont want to talk to anyone or go anywhere or do anything.

My pain is different from before I had my hyst and I am not sure if it is back, bladder, bowel, endo, or adhesion related. That is sooo sad that I can not even tell what pain is coming from where. I have period like cramps, painful intercourse(those are the same as before) but now I have a pressure like pain in my rear that makes my butt cheeks throb and it shoots down the back of my legs, also I have pain behind my belly button and in my right side that I have never had before. I am usually on pain pills so I do not really feel it too strongly, but I have had to go without today until now so I could get my schoolwork done without a foggy brain. I am just soo lost in all of this and am sick of doing the Dr appt hopping.

On the up side though, my DH is acting like a totally different person. I have to do a double take sometimes wondering who took over my Dh's body and praying they stay in there.. I dont know how to act without being defensive all of the time.

I just thought I would let you all know how I was doing and I have not gone off the deep end just yet, thanks to you all..

Thanks again for being there, I could not make it through this without you all!!!

Do you have the option of a colorectal surgeon about the hemmorhoids? Maybe the general surgeon is a good choice because of all else that is going on but ... colorectal surgeons specialize in surgery on the anus, rectum and intestines.

I'm so sorry you are going thru all this. (((hugs))) May some answers and some relief come quickly for you!!

Sweetie...you are not a loser! Sometimes we all need to check out for awhile and regroup.

I am so happy to hear DH is being supportive of you now. I had hoped that he would come around.

I know what you mean about the frustration of the possibility of returning endo. When I went in to my doc with bladder and pelvic pain problems a couple of months ago, he said "maybe it is the endo plaguing us". I really did not want to go there. [I probably gave him one of my go to hell and stay there looks for it too which isn't particularly nice of me because my doc is a real prince]

I want to believe that I am just having healing issues from the surgery - because that should get better (not worse) over time. To be honest I am having cyclical pain and some pain with intercourse that is very typical of the beginning of an endo buildup. I just had a hyst in November. Surely I am due a break from all of this for at least a couple of years?

Actually, compared to the pain I have had in the past, this is discomfort. So, I am really just trying to ignore it and trying to enjoy my life as much as I can before the problem gets worse. I even took up a new hobby.

Hang in there and keep us posted! We do care about how you are doing!
