Anyone Leaking with an UTI?

I know exactly how you feel. Not changing pads that often, like when I had the fistula. Good luck with your appointment. Keep me updated.

What type of antibioitics were you taking?

Anyone Leaking with an UTI?

Forgot to add that it feels like the pee backs up in the urethra then dribbles out when I stand up or after I pee. Is that how it is with you?

I agree

Yes, the same thing happens. It just trickles out all day long. The doc doesn't seem concerned but if it keeps going or gets worse, I'll have to see another doc.

What did your Doc say?

Anyone Leaking with an UTI?

Had a cystoscopy done on Tuesday. Urine is running out my vagina. I have a leak in my bladder somewhere i.e. fistula. Have to go for IVP and cystogram next week to make sure a ureter isn't damaged and find the leak. UTI all cleared up. Probably going under general anestheic and they will cauterize the leak and put me on a foley for 5-7 days
