Biofeedback for IC

Hi Everyone!

Well, I went back to GYN/PT today. We're going to try doing some biofeedback for the IC and see how it goes. She did an exam and said I've got hypertonicity in the vagina, probably due to the bladder spasms.

So....this weekend, it's bladder log time, for two days. Everything I eat and drink gets written down and I'll be logging the voids also.

I'm hopeful I will be able to pass on the instillation. Seeing the Uro on the 15th so we'll see how it goes. I haven't really had much improvement on the bladder issues since starting the meds but I'm definetly willing to try anything before resorting to another outpatient proceedure.

That's if for now. It's been a really long day and I'm wiped out. I'm surprised I made it this long!!
