6 months still discharge

Hello everyone, it's been a while. I am just wondering if anyone still has the dark discharge. I thought I was done buying pads but it is too much for pantyliners. I can't understand.

6 months still discharge

Hi Kimi I would definitely give your DR a call to discuss this. Six months is a long time for a dark discharge. It's happened to a few sisters, so it's not unheard of -- but usually it's a sign of something else going on... either infection, or granulation, or a hematoma that is resolving. JMHO but I think an exam would be appropriate at this point.

6 months still discharge

Hello Kimi,
I too still have a discharge -not dark, but yellow, tannish. Surgery was end of January. I am now on my 4th round of meds for Bacterial Vaginosis. Doc said that if this doesn't clear it up (high dose of antibiotics for 7 days), he will have to give me meds through an IV. Maybe you should let your doc know about this dark discharge. It may be nothing, then again it could be something that needs attention. I agree with Linda that you should get an exam. Good luck and let us know what doc says.
