Questions qeustions needs some help

To begin with when facing the this challange I was told I had propalsed uterus, rectocele and cytocele. WAS gonna have the bladder done and wait on the hyst. Now I have some cysts on my ovaries. Right side is small fibrous normal cysts. Left side is a 5x3 (or 4.5X3) depnding on the 2 ultrasounds (3 weeks apart). The MD says she wants to do a total hyst so they can get the ovary and send it off for testing. It is a solid cyst not a fluid one. She says that at my age (35) it is more than likely not cancer but wants to test to be sure. Then the MD says it isnt of big concern and could proboly wait awhile (like so I can build up more time off at work). SO.............. DH wants to do it now, I am nervous. Any thoughts?

Thanks

Questions qeustions needs some help

To help give you an answer, seek a consult with an gynecologist/oncologist. They are the front line in diagnosing & treating gynecological cancers. Cancer can only be diagnosed after a biopsy of the cyst. Unfortunately, ovarian cancer can occur at any age. Remember chances are that the cysts are benign.
Seek the opinion of the gyne/onc and ease your mind. I know that waiting for a diagnosis is hard.
