Just talked to the Urologist

Well, sisters, things are somewhat looking up for me although far away!!

My Uro just called me and I told her about my gallbladder and she told me she saw NO problem with the General surgeon being able to remove it during the repair surgery. Which by the way, I still can not schedule yet until after my lap!!

She is SOOOO caring and sweet and concerned. I dont know what to do with all of that. I have NEVER come across a Dr like her in my life!!

I now need to hear from the CS to make sure from him. I wish there was something I could do to get them to remove it during my lap though. I am having horrible pain where my gallbladder is, along with a tremendous amount of gas and belching and sick to the stomach feeling. Thank goodness I dont have diarrhea to add to that list!! As far as the belly swelling goes, the belching and gas release relieve some of it as well as the pressure I felt. This is very graphic, but I think I passed gas about 100 times last night and belched for hours. I usually do not belch unless I eat alot or drink soda and I have done neither. When I do eat, it is bland and I feel sick if I eat too much. I also can just eat 1 piece of fruit and feel like I just ate a HUGE meal. WEIRD.. Even drinking coffee this morning made me sick to my stomach and made me feel like I had eaten a full course meal. I have tried to get an appt and even continplated going to the ER but my PCM will not be in until tomorrow (I have an appt tomorrow) and my friend came over and checked me out and told me (she works in the ER and stepdown) that they would more than likely just give me gas meds and send me home since I keep passing gas and belching so much.

DH called while I was on the phone with the URO and I called him back and told him what she had said, he said "thats good news right?" He is so concerned and I feel so bad.

It is also out 15 year anniversary today and I wish soooo bad he was here!! So does he though. We can celebrate this weekend though.

Thanks for being there!!
