Update from pedro at 48

Hi sisters, I thought I would let you know that I went for my check-up today. My Dr. said that when they did the operative laproscopy, they found a lot of scar tissue, so they removed it. He said that scar tissue can cause a lot of pain.( I didn't know that. )He also said that because I had two seperate surgeries in one year.(TAH/BSO and then six months later an appendectomy) it would take longer for me to heal. I am almost 52. He said that when you are younger, you heal quicker. I feel somewhat better, but, I think I need to strenghen my muscles. I walk everyday, but, my back and side still bother me a bit. How ever it is better then before. Maybe one of these days I will feel like my old self again. I will always be reading these boards as they make me feel so good. I hope everyone out there is healing nicely. Take care sisters and thank you for all your support. Kathy
