A chart for drinking water

Here's a link to a great chart to help you keep track of your water:

http://www.chartjungle.com/8glassesofwaterchart.html

I actually use this chart!! You just check off the boxes - I add the time because I sometimes forget to check the boxes and adding the time helps me to remember. I just use a pencil and then erase everything at the end of the week, but you could just print out a new one or copy one and put it in a plastic sleeve and use some kind of wipe-off marker to check off the boxes.

OP in 2003 - let's go!!

Thanks Sue, this is a great tool for keeping track of how much water we've had in a day!! I am a list maker (seems I can't do anything without "my list") and it sure feels good to look back at the end of the day and see that things are done and checked off!!
