I am sooooo bad

Today was 6 weeks post for me and I couldn't wait until Monday to try things out. It was wonderful! The big o 2 times!!! I am feeling like my old sex maniac of yesteryears again!! I know I shouldn't have but I did and everything was fine. I was at the DR office 2 weeks ago and he told me things were going well. We took things really slow but it was unreal. For all you liw don't worry, it is great.

I am sooooo bad

Hi Alison!

I guess it is too late to scold you now. Having sex before you are released to is a great risk; fortunately you have not had any complications. HysterSisters does not endose resuming any activities that your doctor has not cleared you to resume. Sex post-op is often better than it was before because you no longer have the bleeding and pain. But, it is important to wait until the doctor gives you the "all clear".

You may want to keep in mind that the initial recovery period is 6-8 weeks but it can take many months to be completely healed. Try to still get plenty of rest and resume activities gradually. Take care.
