6 weeks post op, slight bleeding after sex

I had sex Monday for the first time since surgery (the doctor gave me my clearance at my checkup appt). All went well so dh and I did it again Tuesday. I felt a little irritated inside, kinda raw feeling. Not much pain just uncomfortable. Well tonight I just wiped after peeing and the toilet paper was pink tinted. Is that normal?

Sounds like you may have just over done it too soon. At 6 weeks you are still healing, and to have sex 2 nights in a row probably wasn't a great idea.

Also you need to be gentle and take it easy.

Your Vaginal cuff is still healing so maybe give it a rest for another week, and then try again. Maybe some lube will help next time.

It takes more then 6 weeks to fully heal - they say around 3-6 mths before your body is anywhere near fully healed.
