hrt cream site rotation and body shape
Am still a novice, here in the jungle.
Is it my imagination, or am I putting on extra weight in spots I apply my creams?
For the 1st several months, I rotated between my inner thighs and top of buttocks. Upon gaining weight, it has all seemed to go in those spots. In the past....preop.....I was used to my body gaining weight, distributed evenly, everywhere. Now, I feel like I'm going to start a fire with the friction from my inner thighs grinding together when I walk, and my backside looks like I have a couple of soccer balls in my pants.
Just a couple of months ago, I started applying the cream to my biceps. Now, my arms seem like they are getting a tad bigger, and my chest is getting enormous again. The rest of me is small. My body shape is beginning to look like a caracature.
Even thinking about this seems sophomoric, but I was driven to inquire here, after a trip to the grocery today. First day of warm weather....no coat....couldn't help but notice multiple men staring at me in the grocery aisles, shooting away their glances if I turned my head in their direction. This is unusual for me............men have not stared at me in decades. I do not think they find me beautiful....just exaggerated-looking.
No....I have not lost my mind (I hope!). I'd just like to know if anyone else has experienced the phenomenon of concentrated weight gain at application sites. My pharmacist has never heard of such a thing.

HI
In the I never say never.
I have been using my creams for 3 years and have not experienced this problem myself, nor have I ever read of anyone having that problem. I guess there is always a first.
I do have to watch where I rub my testosterone cream because my inner thighs were beginning to look like a gorilla.
I now have to make sure I rub the testosterone cream to non hairy areas.
Does your cream contain testosterone in the areas you are rubbing it? I know it can cause muscle growth for some women and who knows... maybe it's just enhancing your muscles.
I will be interested to see if anyone else has experienced this or knows any good reason for this to be happening.

My bi-est, progesterone, and testosterone are all mixed together. Even before I found balance and the pharmacist combined them (so I could save money), I mixed them in my palm before applying.
